Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. seeks a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor in Pompano Beach, FL to lead a team of diesel technicians and ensure trucks and equipment stay safe, reliable, and ready for daily service commitments.

You will develop technicians, promote safety culture, and partner with Operations to optimize repairs and uptime while maintaining quality workmanship and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

5+ years of heavy-duty diesel maintenance experience.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Diesel Technician staff and maintenance team members.
Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor daily maintenance activities.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time and meet DOT/OSHA standards.
Coordinate with Operations to minimize equipment downtime and support service commitments.
Coach and develop technicians through feedback, performance conversations, and training.
