Job summary

Resolution Recruiting is seeking an Assistant Fleet Maintenance Manager for our Ft. Pierce, Florida site. The role oversees maintenance staff, ensures fleet reliability, safety, and cost-effective performance in coordination with regional teams.

Responsibilities include hiring and training technicians, managing safety, budgeting and P&L for the site, overseeing parts inventory, and coordinating scheduling to keep trucks safe and on the road.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• CDL license preferred
• Engine rebuild certification is a plus
• Brake certification is required

Responsibilities

• Hire, fire and train technicians.
• Ensure safety of the work environment.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and P&Ls for the site.
• Oversee parts department and inventory management.
• Schedule mechanics and technicians to ensure timely, safe dispatch of trucks.
