Job summary

Sysco Central Texas is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure daily readiness of delivery equipment, including checking oil, fluids, tire pressure and fueling all equipment at the New Braunfels facility. This entry‑level role supports the fleet and warehouse teams to keep routes on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Fuel all delivery equipment daily.
• Check fluid levels and tire pressure on equipment daily.
• Assist fleet shop as needed.
• Prepare equipment for use with fleet shop and night warehouse management.
• Wash trailers per FSQA schedule.
• Keep parking area clean and debris-free.
• Support night truck spotters in organizing the yard.
