RATP Dev USA is seeking a visionary Maintenance AGM to lead the maintenance team, delegate to supervisors, and uphold OSHA guidelines across all operations. You will foster a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment while driving reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance programs, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and safety training
• Manage maintenance staff and supervisors for efficient operations
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, ADA, EEOC and local laws
• Coordinate with Safety, Risk, and Continuous Improvement teams
• Engage with public officials and stakeholders on maintenance initiatives
