Gourmet Foods International is seeking a Transportation Maintenance Coordinator to support safe, efficient fleet operations. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage service records, and ensure FMCSA/DOT compliance, while collaborating with drivers and vendors to resolve issues.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to process data for long periods; CDL is a plus and lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations and fleet compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repair services for fleet equipment.
• Track fuel usage, vendor contracts, and purchased services.
• Maintain FMCSA, DOT, local, and company forms, logs, and records.
• Collaborate with drivers and maintenance vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor fleet schedules and assist with maintenance reporting.
