Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and messages from drivers when they experience truck and trailer issues.
• Provide guidance and temporary solutions to drivers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and identify the best way to proceed.
• Review detailed repair estimates.
• Create and update work orders about the status of repairs and vendors.
