Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Fleet Manager and staff to organize daily tasks.
• Move units through Retrieval, Service, Detail and Fueling processes.
• Prepare units by removing factory protective coverings before cleaning.
• Meet with transportation companies for pickups of courtesy and out-of-stock units.
• Assist in snow removal when needed.
• Call customers to schedule appointments for company vehicles.
• Assist in transferring Sold or Courtesy units to customers and complete PADMV and fleet paperwork.
• Keep Fleet database updated; Excel proficiency required.
• Organize fleet paperwork and maintain lease-return vehicle logs.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to the correct person.
• Assist in preparing billing for courtesy deliveries.
• Maintain passwords and knowledge of manufacturer websites.

Fred Beans Ford is currently hiring a Full-time Lot Attendant/Assistant to assist in the maintenance and organization of our Fleet department at our Ford Dealership!

What You'll Do:

• Will work with Fleet Manger and other staff in organizing the days and activities.
• Proactively assists in moving units through Retrieval, Service, Detail, and Fueling.
• Prepare units by ensuring all factory protective covering are removed prior to them being cleaned.
• Meet with transportation companies when picking up courtesy and out of stock units.
• Assist in snow removal when needed
• Assist in calling customers to make appointments for their company vehicle.
• Assist in performing duties required to transfer Sold or Courtesy units to customers. This will involve filling out PADMV paperwork, fleet companies' paperwork, properly singing out PA plates, ensuring the driver can drive legally.
• Assist in keeping Fleet database updated. Excel knowledge is required.
• Assist in organizing fleet paperwork as needed.
• Maintain log of lease return vehicles.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct to correct person or assist caller.
• Help in preparing billing for courtesy deliveries.
• Maintain password and knowledge of manufacturer's website.
