Fred Beans Automotive Group in Boyertown, PA is seeking Sales Representatives for our Ford store. You will match customers with vehicles that fit their needs, build lasting relationships, and recommend features as a brand expert in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting.

We offer a guaranteed salary during training with monthly bonuses and an unlimited earnings potential through a competitive commission plan. This full-time role features a Monday–Saturday schedule with no Sundays and a broad benefits

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Past customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required; our training will set you up for success.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Self-driven and a team player.
