The position requires budgeting experience, DOT/FMCSA compliance, and strong leadership. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, with overtime and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience preferred in transportation, logistics, or fleet management.
• Strong understanding of DOT, FMCSA, and safety regulations.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and optimize dispatch and routing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trucking, fleet, and material transportation operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Budget, negotiate rates, and optimize payload while complying with regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee equipment readiness and safety program.
• Supervise and develop staff, evaluate performance, and ensure policy adherence.
