• Negotiate and evaluate trucking rates for cost-effective transportation services.
• Build and maintain relationships with independent haulers, vendors, and material suppliers.
• Manage cement and fly ash inventory, unloading schedules, and supplier coordination.
• Oversee maintenance programs for semi-trucks and trailers; coordinate preventive maintenance.
