Job summary

You will monitor driver performance, maintain payroll and equipment records, review logs for DOT compliance, adjust routes for efficiency, and supervise transportation staff to maximize asset use.

Qualifications

• Strong employee relations skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, primarily via telephone, with vendors, shippers, customers and Company personnel.
• CDL license required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor driver performance and payroll processes.
• Maintain records of driver pay, equipment maintenance and performance.
• Ensure DOT compliance and review driver logs and policy adherence.
• Oversee routing adjustments for efficiency and profitability.
• Plan and schedule transportation personnel assignments; process weekly payroll.
