Job summary

Professional Bull Riders (PBR) is seeking a Transportation & Logistics Manager to oversee fleet operations, regulatory compliance, and logistics for touring schedules. Based in St. Louis, MO, you will ensure safe, efficient movement of equipment and coordinate with Tour Operations, Production, and Risk Management.

The role emphasizes driver management, safety programs, budget oversight, and collaboration with vendors to meet event timelines across national tours.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain operations.
• Understanding of USDOT, FMCSA, and state/local transportation regulations.
• Capable of managing a team and coordinating multi-site operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Preferred: experience supporting touring operations and safety/compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations including trucks, trailers, and transportation assets.
• Manage driver scheduling, utilization, and performance to tour timelines.
• Maintain DOT records and driver qualification files; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer a DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing program.
• Support IFTA fuel tax reporting and multi-state tax compliance.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control for transportation and logistics.
