Job summary

Centurum Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a Fleet Logistician to provide technical and financial support within the IPT, ensuring audit readiness across OM&S, SWMS, and Navy ERP. You will manage materials, track costs, and support E&C and EY audit preparation.

The role emphasizes cross-training for BSS duties and coordination with Depot BFMs and vendors, with a focus on on-time deliveries and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills to manage financial templates and analytics.
• Strong understanding of SWMS, Navy ERP, NAVSUP OTS, and Asset Visibility databases.
• Ability to maintain audit readiness for E&C, EY, OM&S and DoD standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and financial support to Fleet/JAMP/OSTS IPT Lead for workloads.
• Ensure CASREPs are identified and prioritized.
• Back up NAVSUP Traditional workloads and BSS support roles.
• Review TDLs, execute SWMS projects, and create related documents.
• Generate Shop Orders in SWMS and track through Shops, QC and Shipping.
• Query and update SWMS database.
• Manage warehouse induction, handle wrong material, returns/ship assets, and generate DD1149s.
• Conduct quarterly 25% blind spot inventory.
• Use NAVSUP OTS and Asset Visibility databases.
• Track contractor labor hours and material dollar uploads; prepare financial templates for closeouts.
• Prepare reporting: WAR, Monthly/Stock in Transit reports.
• Coordinate with BFMs, IPT Leads, vendors; provide backup shipping support.
• Support E&C, EY audit prep and weekly mock uploads.
