The position collaborates with inside sales, fleet/lease, lot and shop staff to ensure vehicles meet condition standards and are processed efficiently for auction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of vehicle condition reports, titles, and auction processes strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fleet/Lease with preparing vehicles for auction sale.
• Maintain records of vehicle locations and condition reports; verify info (mileage, keys).
• Schedule and monitor services (reconditioning, body work, repairs, detailing).
• Track vehicle inventory across lot or staging areas for timely processing.
• Monitor readiness and prioritize work for auction deadlines.
• Maintain vehicle presentation standards and compliance with requirements.
• Support auction day logistics including line-up and customer service.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.

Job Description :

UAX is seeking a Fleet Lease Outside Coordinator to join our growing team. The Outside Coordinator is responsible for managing the intake, inspection, coordination, and movement of fleet/lease vehicles for auction preparation. This position works closely with inside sales, fleet/lease, lot and shop staff to ensure that incoming vehicles meet condition standards and are processed in a timely and efficient manner for sale. The role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of vehicle logistics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor auction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Fleet/Lease with preparing vehicles for auction sale.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and condition reports, and verify vehicle information is accurate, not to exclude mileage, keys, etc.
• Schedule and monitor services (e.g., reconditioning, body work, mechanical repairs, detailing) as needed.
• Track vehicle inventory across auction lot or staging areas and ensure timely processing for upcoming sales.
• Monitor vehicle readiness and prioritize work needed to meet auction deadlines.
• Maintain high standards for vehicle presentation and compliance with auction and client requirements.
• Support auction day logistics including vehicle line-up, lot coordination, and customer service when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous automotive experience strongly preferred

Working knowledge of vehicle condition reports, titles, and auction processes strongly preferred

Strong organizational and communication

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a physically demanding, outdoor environment.

Good basic computer skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) required regularly.
• Outdoor environment with exposure to varying weather, noise, and vehicle traffic.
