Job summary

The Bancorp Bank is seeking a Relationship Support Representative in Orlando, FL to provide documentation, reporting, and administrative support for the Vehicle Lease Division. You will work with leasing sales and operations teams and deliver superior customer service to fleet customers and vendors.

In this role, you will ensure accurate lease documentation, support funding and bookings, and maintain strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of professional experience, preferably in automotive.
• Demonstrates vehicle product understanding and automotive fleet leasing knowledge.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify documents needed for each vehicle lease type and ensure completion.
• Verify complete documentation before funding or booking.
• Enter vehicle lease docs into the lease management system and adapt to changes.
• Escalate problems to management for compliance and timely funding.
• Maintain awareness of process updates and coordinate with leasing staff.
• Build relationships with sales, operations, and finance to provide status updates.
• Complete daily tasks and quarterly compliance training.
