Job description

Position Overview

At Harris County Universal Services Fleet Services, you get something that can be hard to find in the automotive industry: stability.

You’re paid for the time you work—not the hours someone else decides a repair should take.

No fighting over tickets. No commission roller coaster. No chasing flag hours. No wondering what next week’s paycheck will look like.

Instead, bring your automotive skills to a career where you can focus on what you do best: diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles that keep Harris County moving.

And the benefits go beyond your paycheck. Harris County offers paid time off, paid holidays, sick leave, comprehensive benefits, retirement, training, and opportunities to grow your career.

Same skills. More stability. A career built for the long haul.

Leave flat rate behind. Bring your skills to Harris County.
