Job summary

The Kenan Advantage Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to manage payment setup, invoice review, and maintenance-related financial processes at our North Canton, OH location.

You will review invoices, enter supporting details, and collaborate with accounting on month-end close while ensuring accurate cost allocation and timely payments. Prior AP and Basware experience is preferred; strong Excel and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• AP experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience in the trucking industry.
• Basic Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Basware.
• Experience with maintenance software.
• VMRS knowledge, Certification preferred.
• Effective customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and enter supporting details indicating work performed or parts installed.
• Balance National Account statements and support end-of-month close with accounting.
• Audit invoices to classify capex or warranty eligibility.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.
• Learn VMRS or apply VMRS knowledge in work.
