  • Coordinate, schedule, and plan customer freight shipments.
  • Serve as main contact for fleet support via phone, Qualcomm, and email.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal customers and planning teams.
  • Provide exceptional support to drivers to meet their needs.
  • Monitor shipments to meet delivery schedules.
  • Respond to customers promptly and professionally.
  • Manage customer and driver expectations to align with operations.
  • Monitor performance of assigned lanes.
  • Collaborate with customer service/sales to resolve issues.

Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Position: Fleet Integration Specialist

Job Description:

The Fleet Integration Specialist is responsible for the planning, scheduling, and tracking of our customers' freight. The role owns the relationship with our customer facing and fleet support teams and is instrumental in the successful coordination of the accurate delivery of goods in a timely fashion. The key responsibilities of this function are to provide exceptional support to our customers, be quick to respond to questions and troubleshooting concerns and to proactively monitor the movement of freight to ensure customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and planning of customer freight shipments
  • Act as the main point of contact for all fleet support communication via phone, Qualcomm, and E-mail
  • Develop a strong relationship with internal customer and planning teams
  • Offer exceptional support to drivers to ensure that their professional needs are being met
  • Monitor shipments throughout transit to effectively meet delivery schedules
  • Respond to customers efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally
  • Manage customer and driver expectations to align with operational capabilities
  • Monitor performance of assigned lanes
  • Work cooperatively with customer service/sales to provide solutions for customers’ needs and resolve issues
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Experience with AS400 and McLeod operating systems is a plus
  • Transportation industry knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Prior dispatch/load planning experience is a plus
