Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervise daily FIP inspection activities and ensure quality standards.
• Lead and coach inspectors to meet performance expectations.
• Perform visual vehicle inspections and document defects.
• Review inspection docs and ensure accurate data entry in JLR or required systems.
• Oversee inspection of doors, locks, seatbelts, and related components.
• Ensure installation of required materials and safety advisories.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inspection workflow and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing coverage, and overtime as needed.
• Address inspection discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
