Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Systems Development Engineer to build automation software, diagnostic tooling, and fleet health infrastructure for our accelerated compute platforms. You will own end-to-end systems, from hardware to software, across PCIe, GPUs, Linux drivers, and telemetry pipelines to prevent failures at fleet scale.

You will design scalable test automation for hardware bring-up, build data pipelines correlating test results with telemetry, and maintain Linux device drivers for ARM and x86.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of programming in modern languages such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
• 6+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, EE, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build automation infrastructure for AI/ML fleet health at large scale.
• Design test frameworks, coverage strategies, and diagnostic tooling.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and alerting for fleet health visibility.
• Debug complex system-level issues across compute, GPU, networking, and Linux.
