Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Must obtain and retain a Washington State CDL medical card and possess a valid CDL with Class B, P1 and air brake endorsement.
Must be 21+ and able to obtain Washington State Class III Gaming License; pass a pre-employment drug screen; and have a driving record meeting insurer requirements.
Prior grounds-keeping experience is helpful but not required; general gardening knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain property-wide lawn and grounds care, including planting and pruning as needed.
Keep exterior surfaces and walkways clean and safe; clear ice/snow in winter.
Maintain parking lots, walkways, and beds free of debris and storm debris.
Handle maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles and assist with events as needed.
Follow safety procedures and keep maintenance logs up to date.
