Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
• Prior security or casino industry experience preferred with strong guest relations skills.
• Able to learn and follow security policies and procedures.
• Exceptional report writing skills; defensive tactics training and handcuffing certification required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the parking lots and entire property structures.
• Shuttle guests in a safe and friendly manner.
• Check identifications for age verification and maintain daily visitor count.
• Observe, respond to, and report incidents, safety concerns, or potential crimes.
• Respond to medical incidents providing necessary patient care.
• Safeguard company property and assets.
• Create a safe and friendly environment for guests and team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
