Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in auto glass, fleet service, or related industries.
• Strong leadership with office and field personnel management.
• Experience reviewing invoices and monitoring expenses for accuracy.
• Knowledge of inventory management and vendor relations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience tracking KPIs and implementing operational improvements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop, mobile service, and customer service operations.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation for timely jobs.
• Lead and develop customer service reps, dispatchers, technicians, and field staff.
• Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper billing practices.
• Monitor expenses and material costs to support profitability.
• Control inventory levels and order materials for operations.
• Audit warranty claims, customer concerns, and QA processes.
• Analyze KPIs and operational reports to drive improvements.
• Work with customers to resolve escalated service issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory, service quality, and field ops.
