Job summary

Fleet Glass Services (FGS) in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, oversee office and field teams, review invoices and reporting, maintain inventory controls, and drive continuous improvement across the business.

You will manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation, develop Customer Service Representatives and technicians, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced fleet glass environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in auto glass, automotive service, fleet service, or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience reviewing invoices and managing operating expenses.
• Knowledge of inventory management and vendor relations.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of shop, mobile service teams, and customer service.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation for timely jobs.
• Lead and develop Customer Service Representatives, dispatchers, technicians, and field staff.
• Review invoices for accuracy; ensure proper billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor expenses, labor, and material costs to support profitability.
• Manage inventory levels and ordering of materials for efficiency.
• Oversee warranty claims, customer concerns, and quality assurance processes.
• Analyze KPIs and operational reports to drive improvements.
• Work with customers to resolve escalated service issues and maintain high satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and industry requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory, service quality, and field operations.
