Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Tallahassee, FL. You will fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles to ensure readiness, safety, and a positive customer experience at check-in. Training provided to grow into technician responsibilities and advanced maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and making sure they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are done.
• Helping keep facilities clean and safe environments for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as tire installs, rotations, and basic maintenance.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
