Penske Truck Leasing is hiring in Tallahassee for a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer. You will greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and help ensure readiness and safety before they hit the road. This entry-level role offers training and a path toward technician duties.

No prior experience required; you will learn Penske’s maintenance processes and use of advanced technology as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work outside and maintain safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Keep facility clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training and coaching; assist with minor repairs.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
