Job summary

Penske is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and support basic maintenance readiness in Tallahassee, FL. You’ll help keep facilities clean and safe while learning through hands-on coaching and training programs.

No prior experience is required; Penske provides comprehensive training to help you grow toward technician roles within a stable, benefits-rich company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required and DOT safety considerations apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication; able to work in a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors and learn vehicle maintenance basics.
• Basic mechanical ability and familiarity with common tools.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids and basic maintenance.
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Develop skills through training and coaching; assist with minor repairs like tire work.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
