Penske is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Ladson, SC to fuel, wash, and prep vehicles for service. You will greet customers, ensure vehicle readiness, and maintain a clean, safe site. The role includes hands‑on training and minor repair tasks with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, maintenance).
• Helping maintain clean, safe facilities.
• Training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs (tires, preventive maintenance).
• Completing other projects as assigned by supervisor.
