You’ll be the face of Penske, delivering a friendly, safe experience while learning essential maintenance skills.

No prior experience is required; we provide training on vehicle maintenance processes and safety standards, with opportunities to grow into technician roles within a supportive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance with Penske safety and maintenance policies, including DOT/OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and maintenance items.
• Maintaining clean, safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs (tires, maintenance).
• Completing other projects as assigned by supervisor.
