Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in San Antonio is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to fuel and wash vehicles and greet customers. You will learn vehicle maintenance processes and use Penske technology as you start a career with strong training and growth opportunities.

No prior experience is required; passion for vehicles and customer service is valued, with competitive benefits and a path toward becoming a technician. This on-site role supports our customers daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids and basic maintenance items.
• Helping keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Developing skills through training to perform minor repairs and tire work.
• Completing other projects as assigned by supervisor.
