DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operational Business Manager to oversee asset management and pricing for its over-the-road equipment fleet from its Westerville, Ohio headquarters. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across lifecycle, acquisition, forecasting, and vendor negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership.

You will provide financial and operational insight, support month-end close, payroll, and reporting, and collaborate with Fleet Operations, Finance,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; 4 years equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Logistics/3PL industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable with executives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analytical support for month-end close, payroll, receivables, and payables.
• Support operational analytics: productivity, labor efficiency, throughput reporting.
• Lead discussions with customer on billing, strategy, and budgets.
• Prepare month-end accruals and reclass journal entries.
• Reconcile POs and support expense recognition; assist AR/AP as needed.
• Generate labor analysis and performance metrics for operations.
