Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to own critical functions within the Fleet Finance Organization in Nashville, TN. You will partner with Global Fleet & Products to optimize capacity, reduce costs, and improve utilization using AI-powered tools.

You will build and refine financial models (NPV, forecasting), lead FP&A processes, and collaborate across Operations and business partners to drive strategic decisions while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, business, economics or related analytical field.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and data-driven analysis is required.
• 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner across Operations and the Business to develop a long-term fleet strategy while optimizing for cost & on-road vehicle efficiency.
• Support the business during contract negotiations with outside suppliers for financial valuations and trade-off decisions.
• Use AI tools to draft and refine financial narratives, business cases, and strategic documents that align with Amazon's writing principles.
• Build complex financial models (NPV) for large-scale fleet acquisitions/pilot programs.
