This position requires federal experience at GS-12 level and a proven ability to evaluate programs, manage budgets, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Formación

• At least 1 year of specialized experience at GS-12 or equivalent.
• Experience applying analytical methods to identify readiness needs and recommend corrective actions.
• Ability to present plans, recommendations, and assistance to correct readiness and retention issues.
• Experience managing resources to meet annual budget plans and follow command guidance.
