Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley seeks a highly organized Coordinator to support the Fleet Operations Manager in maintaining our vehicle fleet, warehouse equipment, and donation programs. You will manage scheduling and data tracking to keep our infrastructure running and ensure our donors have a great experience.

Key tasks include fleet support, donor database management, maintenance tracking, vendor coordination, and records management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in logistics, fleet coordination, or maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fleet Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive donor database and schedule donation trailer visits.
• Monitor service intervals for vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for service calls and repairs for warehouse equipment.
• Schedule and follow up on vendor visits to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with fleet policies, DOT/OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain digital records for service history, warranties, and inspections.
