Qualifications

• Strong budgeting and financial acumen for operating and capital plans.
• Collaborative stakeholder management across Operations, Safety, Loss Prevention, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs for fleet and facilities.
• Develop operating and capital budgets for assets and projects.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and contract compliance.
• Monitor KPIs such as uptime, repair turnaround, and cost per asset.
• Ensure safety, ADA, and environmental compliance across locations.
• Lead a high-performing maintenance team and develop staff skills.
