Cogent Analytics seeks a Fleet & Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations, safety, and readiness of all facilities, fleet yards, and support infrastructure across locations. The role emphasizes rapid deployment readiness for storm restoration and emergency response.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in facilities management and 5+ years in facilities leadership, with strong organizational and safety knowledge. Travel between PA and other sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, construction management, business, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in construction, utilities, or industrial environments.
• Experience managing multiple locations or regional operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.

• Overseeing daily operations related to fleet, facilities, and asset management.
