Job summary

The Blood Center in Hammond, LA is seeking a full-time Fleet & Facilities Assistant to help maintain our vehicles and facilities on a daily basis. You will assist with routine maintenance programs and ensure clean, safe, and functional fleet assets.

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Fleet & Facilities Supervisor

DATE NEEDED: Immediately

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Assist with the maintenance of all TBC vehicles and facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licenses - Valid driver's license

• Education - High school diploma or equivalent


• Experience - Must have previous experience performing minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. work


• Specific Skills - Good interpersonal and customer service skills

The Blood Center is now interviewing for a full-time Hammond Fleet & Facilities Assistant. This person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining our Hammond vehicles and facilities daily and assisting with all maintenance programs for the same. Candidates must have a valid LA driver's license and a good driving record.
