Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a dispatcher or similar role.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• CORT participates in the E-Verify program.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily movement and activities of a team of up to 20 delivery drivers.
• Maintain and supervise a fleet of up to 20 trucks including pre-trip forms and maintenance.
• Dispatch duties include tracking trucks and routing using tracking tools and communicating with drivers, sales, and customers.
• Provide updates via email, V2, Decartes, phone, and IM.
• Manage day-to-day flow of all trucks and routes to meet delivery windows.
• Answer phones, solve problems for customers and internal teams, escalate when needed.
• Ensure safety standards are adhered to.
