Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Fleet Equipment Supervisor to lead our equipment maintenance and reliability efforts in Anchorage, Alaska. You will manage in-house and vendor technicians, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will optimize schedules, control parts inventory, review quotes, and document all work using our system software to support uptime on light and heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet equipment maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work of in-house mechanics, field mechanics, fuel & lube technicians, and vendors.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance for designated Company equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment as needed.
• Document work performed using system software programs.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are always complied with.
• Coordinate with safety department to maintain a safe work environment.
• Secure and analyze vendor quotes and estimates for services, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of parts, tools and supplies.
