Centuri Group, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to manage fleet and equipment needs across our sites. You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and maintain records while coordinating with drivers and operators to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience around heavy equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate at varying levels with field, senior management and corporate staff.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of third party maintenance and regulatory compliance programs.
• Task/Result oriented.
• Ability to implement and drive change management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with area leaders to meet fleet and equipment needs.
• Ensure local/state/federal regulatory compliance and reporting related to fleet/equipment.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and timely approvals.
• Maintain and review maintenance file records.
• Perform gate check inspections for safety and image standards.
• Communicate with drivers and equipment operators ensuring policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership.
