Job summary
Global Crossing Airlines in Miami, FL, seeks an experienced Fleet Engineer to join our Technical Operations team. You will provide hands-on engineering support for the fleet and contribute to reliability and daily airline operations.
Ideal candidates have strong airline maintenance or engineering experience, the ability to interpret technical data and manuals, and to collaborate with OEMs, MROs, and other departments. A formal engineering degree is not required.
Qualifications
- Experience in airline maintenance or engineering roles.
- Ability to read maintenance manuals and service bulletins.
- Experience with troubleshooting aircraft systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day engineering support for fleet.
- Assist with maintenance control, troubleshooting, and AOG events.
- Interface with OEMs, MROs, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and issue engineering instructions and documents.
- Evaluate Service Bulletins and incorporate applicable changes.
- Maintain accurate engineering records.
