Job summary

Randstad Digital in Washington, DC is seeking an Enterprise Agility Leader to serve as the strategic coach and operating model steward for the FELT. You will align vision with execution across Product, Architecture, OCM, SRE, Operations Technology, and Field Operations.

You will bridge high-level strategy with pragmatic governance, drive cross-portfolio synchronization, and foster shared accountability while removing systemic dependencies in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise agile modernizations and value stream enablements.
• 6+ years IT, systems engineering, operations technology experience.
• Hybrid lifecycle expertise from Waterfall to Lean-Agile product delivery.
• Mastery of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, DevSecOps, Lean Portfolio Management.
• Active SAFe SPC certification or equivalent advanced coaching credentials.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Align, Jira Software, Confluence, AgilityInsights.
• Executive presence with ability to influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel quarterly along the Northeast corridor.

Responsibilities

• Operating Model Stewardship across cross-portfolio Fleet model.
• Executive & Leadership Team Facilitation for FELT.
• Translate fleet roadmaps into coordinated backlogs.
• Manage cadences and cross-portfolio flow in value streams.
• Establish health metrics and governance forums for transparency.
• Coach senior leaders on lean-agile practices and change enablement.
