• Proficient in navigating operational systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an assigned fleet of drivers.
• Maximize fleet productivity and equipment utilization.
• Monitor driver performance and coach for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with drivers; resolve operational issues promptly.
• Plan and coordinate freight movement; secure load commitments.
• Attend meetings and travel to terminals as needed.
• Manage a minimum board of 15 drivers and lead with consistency.
