Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead driver teams across Indianapolis and neighboring markets, ensuring safe, timely deliveries and strong staffing. You’ll train drivers, oversee vehicle maintenance, and implement new processes to boost efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong interpersonal skills. Local travel and flexible hours are possible in a start-up environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing team members in an operations/warehouse setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills essential.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, Zendesk, Slack, CMS, Asana, Bridge, UKG, and Routific.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-market driver teams and enforce driver policies; provide feedback in regular 1-on-1s.
• Manage vehicle safety and fleet maintenance; schedule preventive maintenance and track costs.
• Develop new processes to improve driver efficiency and safety; train driver teams and ensure HR policy compliance.
