Job summary

KUS Fleet Operations in Irvine is seeking a seasoned professional to manage fleet planning, production ordering, warehousing, and delivery coordination. The role coordinates with KA/GA/HMGMA and external carriers to ensure timely fleet production and distribution across multiple lines.

The candidate will develop fleet and distribution dashboards, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy and vendor performance. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive wholesale, vehicle distribution, logistics or related experience.
• Experience with vehicle allocation, production ordering, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• - Fleet Allocation Planning & Execution: Lead the operational execution of the approved Fleet allocation strategy.
• - Production Ordering & VIN Lifecycle Management: Coordinate fleet production ordering and manage vehicle status.
• - Logistics Coordination & Delivery Performance: Support vehicle movement with ports, carriers, and partners.
• - Reporting, Analytics & Decision Support: Develop and validate fleet reports for leadership.
• - Fleet Programs, Controls & Process Improvement: Oversee fleet support programs and process controls.
