Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Supervisor to schedule, assign, and direct drivers and vehicles for steel transport while coordinating with customers per requests and DOT regulations.

The role emphasizes maintaining safety, compliance, and efficient routing in a dynamic distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have fleet dispatch experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, with knowledge of Flatbed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–4 years fleet dispatch experience preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial services or distribution operations advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must; Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with sales/customers to determine driver needs and schedules; enter data in the system.
• Monitor driver performance and administer discipline when needed.
• Oversee daily driver inspections and address safety and DOT compliance issues.
• Plan daily routing and ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure DOT regulations and company policies are followed by drivers.
