Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking a Fleet & Dispatch Coordinator to support our company-operated trucking fleet in City of Industry, CA. You will assist with driver scheduling, dispatch coordination, route planning, fleet tracking, and transportation compliance.

You’ll work with drivers and operations teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, monitor fleet performance, maintain records, and support DOT/FMCSA compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in trucking, dispatch, fleet, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience with GPS/telematics or dispatch software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily dispatch, driver schedules, routes, and load assignments.
• Coordinate with drivers to support on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor fleet activity, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle availability.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling, inspections, and repair coordination.
• Maintain driver and vehicle records and support DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Help resolve routine operational issues, including delays, breakdowns, and schedule changes.
• Track basic transportation and fleet performance metrics.
• Communicate with drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support transportation managers with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
