Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an experienced Senior Fleet & Dispatch Manager in City of Industry, CA. Lead strategy and day‑to‑day operations of our self‑operated trucking fleet, overseeing efficiency, costs, safety, and asset utilization.

A results‑driven leader will manage teams and partner across functions to scale transportation capacity. The role requires 7+ years in fleet/transport operations, strong leadership, and expertise in DOT/FMCSA compliance.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations.
Proven track record leading transportation teams and fleet operations.
Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance, safety, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute fleet and dispatch strategies aligned with growth.
Lead dispatch routing, driver supervision, equipment utilization, and maintenance.
Own KPIs, budgets, costs, and ongoing efficiency improvements.
Improve cost per mile, fuel efficiency, and service levels.
Build and mentor a high‑performing transportation team.
Ensure compliance, safety standards, and risk management.
Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and leadership to align capacity.
Analyze data to identify efficiency, scalability, and profitability opportunities.
Serve as escalation point for major transportation issues.
