Qualifications

• 5+ years of dispatching experience in heavy industrial or construction sectors.
• Detail-oriented, resilient, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong computer proficiency with digital dispatch or routing software.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills under pressure.
• Experience coordinating union drivers or multi-sector civil construction logistics.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch heavy equipment and fleet assets to optimize daily delivery schedules.
• Track real-time fleet routes and resolve routing bottlenecks immediately.
• Direct field drivers, mechanics, and site managers under changing conditions.
• Maintain dispatch logs, work orders, and digital dispatch documentation.
• Monitor driver hours and equipment availability to ensure compliance.
• Communicate project updates to managers and clients for on-time delivery.
