Job summary

Moffitt Companies is seeking a Fleet Director to provide strategic leadership for our fleet operations in Houston. You will oversee diesel trucks, delivery vehicles, and support equipment, guiding maintenance, asset management, driver performance, and route efficiency.

Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Logistics, and Finance to align fleet with company goals, KPIs, and cost controls, while ensuring compliance and safety across all assets.

• Manage acquisition, leasing, replacement, and disposal of fleet vehicles.
• Partner with vendors to secure competitive pricing and reliable support.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping for inspections, repairs, and parts inventory.

The Fleet Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance of the company’s fleet operations, which include diesel transport trucks, delivery vehicles, and support equipment. This role oversees fleet maintenance, asset management, driver performance, route optimization, and fuel cost control to ensure reliable and efficient product distribution. The Fleet Director is a key member of the leadership team and works closely with Operations, Safety, Logistics, and Finance to support company goals.

Key Responsibilities
